You retain control over these technologies. Most web browsers and some device settings allow you to manage your cookie preferences, including refusing to accept or deleting cookies. However, please be aware that if you choose to disable or block certain cookies, some features of AI Canvas may not function correctly or may become unavailable. For example, you may be logged out frequently, or your preferences may not be saved. We are committed to principles of transparency and user control when it comes to tracking technologies.
7. Data Retention Policy
Our principle is to retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The specific retention periods for different categories of data are determined based on the following criteria:
• Legal and Regulatory Obligations: We are required to retain certain data, such as transaction records for subscription payments, to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. These records may need to be kept for several years, depending on the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
